World Cocoa and Chocolate Day
Cocoa Research Centre celebrated World Cocoa and Chocolate Day 2011 on Friday September 30, 2011 with a Cocoa and Chocolate exhibition and preliminary consumer testing of a special signature line of chocolates.
Displays from CRU as well as local chocolatiers, the Ministry of Food Production, Land and Marine Affairs, and the Cocoa and Coffee Industry Board were mounted in the upstairs foyer of the Sir Frank Stockdale Building at The University of the West Indies and were open to the public.
