International Cocoa Awards
The Salon du Chocolat in Paris, France hosted the second annual International Cocoa Awards in October, 2010.
A celebration of the diversity and richness of the origins of cocoa, the International Cocoa Awards is an initiative of
Salon du Chocolat, Centre de coopération internationale en recherche agronomique pour le développement, Bioversity International, International Cocoa Organization, and the World Cocoa Foundation with the participation of
Barry Callebaut, Belcolade, Mars Incorporated, the Alliance of Cocoa Producing Countries, the
United Nations Common Fund For Commodities and the Cocoa Research Centre, UWI, Trinidad. It is the only competition of its kind rewarding the work of cocoa farmers and celebrating the diversity of cocoa flavours.
