The Budding and Grafting of Cocoa
A Seminar on cocoa plant propagation techniques for farmers in Grenada
CRC grafting specialists (Dr. Thayil Sreenivasan, Vinosh Jadoo, and Annelle Holder-John) will introduce Grenadian cocoa growers to state-of-the-art budding and grafting techniques in a three-day seminar to help revive the industry plagued by poor productivity and inefficient propagation techniques. The exercise will be much like a 'Train the trainer' event to build capacity within Grenada as the participants who benefit will share their knowledge with cocoa growers across the island.

Place: Maran Nursery in Gouyave
